On August 3rd, 2014, our Heavenly Father peacefully welcomed our beloved mother, Esther Yolanda Vaca Alvarado, through His Golden Gates and into the arms of her one and only love, Pablo Martinez Alvarado. She is reunited with her parents, Augustine and Esther Vaca and her great-grandson, Tomas Hadrian Canales. 08She was surrounded by her loved ones and will be greatly missed by her daughters, Nancy Morales (Tim), Norma Borjas, Naomi Tristan (Joe), Nelda Carrasco (Marcus); grandchildren, Jennifer (Isaac), Pablo, Mirella, Sofia, Isaac, and Diego; great-granddaughter, Cadence Reveille; sisters, Mary, Sylvia, and Gloria; brothers, Augustine, George, and Humberto; and numerous family and friends. We love you Mom, hugs and kisses to Daddy, til we meet again. Visitation will begin Thursday at 1:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Prayer Service to begin at 6:30 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 8:15 A.M. in The Angelus Chapel. A procession will then depart from the funeral home at 9:00 A.M. with interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
