Ernesto Arrellano, Sr. passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Vitas Hospice Care Facility in San Antonio, Texas.  Ernesto was born on January 18, 1940 to Alberto and Cecilia Arellano.

Ernesto served in the United States Air Force and worked at Kelly Air Force Base as aircraft Quality Assurance Specialist.

He graduated with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from St. Philip's College.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Alberto Jr.; sisters, Modesta Noriega, Antonia Martinez, Andrea Espinoza, Carmen Vallejo, and Cecilia Sancho.

Ernesto is survived by his wife, Yolanda Arrellano; sons, Ernesto Jr. (Annette), Fidel (Yvonne), Andrew (Cecilia); daughter, Mary Alice; step daughter, Teresa Barrera; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

You may be gone from my sight, but you are never gone from my heart.
