Born September 11, 1947, Ernest Richard Peche passed quietly to his rest on Dec. 27, 2016 with family by his side.
Due to an affliction with muscular dystrophy, Ernest retired early from the architectural industry. Despite his limitations, for some years he coached baseball with Highland Park Little League. He later experienced a grand love for the sport of horse racing and spent many afternoons at Retama Park Race Track with family and friends. While convalescing, Ernest expressed his fondness for the staff at Blanco Villa Nursing Home. With great appreciation, the family extends many thanks for the thoughtfulness and friendship they extended. Under their loving care, Richard passed with a peaceful heart and love of a family that will miss him dearly.
