Today, heaven gained another angel.  Ernest Eriche Martinez, 35, of San Antonio, TX ascended into heaven on Saturday, January 2, 2021, to enjoy the peace and love that only God can provide.

He was smart, witty, and so very charismatic with a smile that could light up a room and touch your heart; someone destined to make all the angels and saints laugh with his witty sense of humor, someone filled with energy, and someone prepared to demonstrate his gaming awesomeness in the heavens.  From the day he was born, he shined with a kind heart and a warmth for others.  He never met a stranger, always treating everyone he met as a friend.  He was a self-taught construction and restoration entrepreneur in pursuit of the next big job.

Eriche leaves behind his mother and stepfather, Araceli M. Chavez and Michael A. Chavez of San Antonio, TX, his father and stepmother, Ernest R. Martinez and Monica C. Martinez of Lewisville, TX, his grandparents Gregorio L. and Argelia B. Molina of San Antonio, TX and Lionel A. Martinez Sr. of Live Oak, TX, brother, Nicholas E. Martinez, of Little Elm, TX, sister, Analise M. Martinez, of Lewisville, TX, and so many other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and family.

Eriche will remain in our hearts forever;

each of us having our own unique experiences filled with love and laughter.
