Enrique "Henry" Martinez
February 3, 1954 – June 17, 2025

Enrique "Henry" Martinez passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife of 45 years, Elsa; his children, Henry and Erica; and his daughter-in-law, Raquel Galaviz.

Enrique was the definition of a happy-go-lucky guy. He was always in a good mood, ready with a joke, a smile, or a story to share with just about anyone. He loved laughter, good company, and was the kind of person who could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere.

He found joy in the simple things—spending time in the yard, watching birds and animals, staying busy around the house, and enjoying a beer and peanuts on the porch. He loved to cook and was always excited to try new foods, explore new places, and discover something he hadn't seen or tasted before. Hunting was one of his greatest pastimes, and he enjoyed it for many years with his close friends.

Enrique spent many years in the dry-cleaning industry, eventually fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning his own business with Elsa, which they ran together for over 25 years. He took great pride in his work, in building something of his own, and in providing for his family through hard work and dedication.

He is survived by his wife, Elsa; his children, Henry and Erica; and his siblings Olivia, Yolanda, Adan, Juan, Chavel, Joe, Richard, Esmeralda, Gina, and Luis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramona and Jose Adan Martinez, and his oldest brother, Luis.

He lived a life full of love, laughter, and purpose, and he leaves behind a legacy we'll always be proud of. To honor his cheerful spirit, the family kindly asks that guests wear light or bright colors to his services—something that reflects the joy he brought to so many.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
