Elsa Valdez Marotta, born on August 25, 1936, to Jose and Elsa Valdez, entered eternal rest on March 25, 2022.  Elsa was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 60 years, Vincent Marotta and her granddaughter, Felicia Marotta.  Elsa is survived by her children, Vincent Jr. (Diane), Joseph (Amanda), Elsa Frausto (Rudy) and Maggie Marotta. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Katie and Matthew Escoto, Vincent III and Jonathon Marotta, Valerie, Michael, Thomas and Alessandra Marotta, Jessica Frausto and Christopher and Crystal Valdez; as well as great-grandchildren Aubrey, Draven and Stevie.

The family wishes to thank Nidia Gonzalez for the love and care she provided our mother.  We would also like to thank the staff of Harbor Hospice for the support and care they provided during her final days.

Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 10:00am at St. Ann's Catholic Church.
