Mrs. Elizabeth L. (Betty) Juleen, age 94 of San Antonio, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Juleen.  She is survived by her son, Rev. Stuart Juleen; daughter, Jackie Ludwig and husband, Jack; grandsons: Jeffrey and Matthew.
