Hernandez was born on March 1, 1947 and entered into eternal rest on February 25, 2014 at the age of 66. A devoted mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt and friend, she was surrounded by her beloved family and will be greatly missed. Mrs. Hernandez was preceded in death by her parents Lorenzo Galvan, Sr. and Lola P. Galvan. She is survived by her husband, Luis A. Hernandez; children, Gina R. Diaz and husband Raul C. Diaz, Adrian A. Trevino and fiancée Michelle Garcia, Louis C. Hernandez and wife Brenda A. Hernandez, and Joseph P. Hernandez; grandchildren, Roman, Gabriel, and Rebekah Diaz; sister, Sylvia Morgan and husband Jim; and brother, Lorenzo Galvan, Jr. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 28th at 9:00 A.M. with a Memorial Service to be held at 10:00 A.M. at the Angelus Chapel. In addition, the family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Jackson and Lujan Eye Care Center Family and the VITAS Hospice Staff at Morningside Manor for their love, support and care of our mother.
