Dorothy Toman McGarraugh was called to heaven on June 11, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Floresville on January 31, 1943, to Patricia and Isadore Toman. She came from a large extended loving family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Grace Claire. She is survived by her children Robert IV (Suzanne), Julia Catherine, John Michael (Anne) and loving grandchildren David, Josephine Elizabeth, Amelia Katherine, and Grayson Maverick; siblings Mary Joan Cartwright (Harvey), Tom Toman (Robbie), Kathryn Peters-Cardinale (Ben), and Phyllis Jarvis. She also leaves behind her loving companion Jerry Jackson; an extended number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and her beloved dog, Brian.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will be held Friday, June 17 at 6pm with the Rosary at 7pm at Angelus Funeral Home, 1119 North St. Mary's. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, June 18 at 10am at St. Peter's Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church, 111 Barilla Place, 78209.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Animal Defense League of Texas, 11300 Nacogdoches, S.A. Texas 78217.
