Dolores Rodriguez Lopez age 71 of San Antonio went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 17, 2019.  Dolores, also known as "Lola", was born in San Antonio, graduated from Fox Tech High School, and retired from Courtyard Marriott in 2005.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and traveling with her sisters.  She enjoyed watching Mexican soap operas and was an avid San Antonio Spurs fan and costume jewelry collector.  Dolores also enjoyed going to the beach, park, and family gatherings and events.  She was giving, funny, full of laughter and a loving person.  She will be missed dearly.

Dolores is survived by her son, Joe Lopez, Jr. and his wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, Jude M. Lopez and Joziah M. Lopez; brothers, Pablo Rodriguez and Anthony Rodriguez; sisters, Mary Louise Rodriguez and Irene (Anthony) Ramirez; and many nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, August 21, at 6:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, August 22, at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery No. 2.
