Debra J. (Debbie) Garcia was born April 8, 1956 and passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2024, leaving a huge void her family will never be able to fill.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Abel V. Juarez and is survived by her mother, Jessica Juarez; step-mother Alice Juarez; sisters, Monette Reblin and Andrea Ramirez and their families and her 3 children: Dominique Garcia, Desiree Witt, Damon Garcia and their families.

She was born in San Antonio in 1956 to Abel and Jessica Juarez.  She grew up on Griggs Street, attended St. Martin Hall and Providence Private Schools where she made many life-long friendships with people she kept in close touch with throughout her life and up to her last days. Debbie's friendships encompassed all aspects of life and each was special to her. From catching up with her friends on the phone to holiday celebrations to class reunions, she was always up for a good time.

She wore many hats in her lifetime, some of which included FedEx Courier, Business Owner, Permanent Make-up Artist, Medical Billing Specialist, but above all else, she was a proud Mother who loved her family, cherished her friendships and adored her pup, Pepe with all her heart.

She also loved to dance, listen to her music, and break bread with friends and family where she would share fond memories and stories from the past, making sure everyone had a good laugh and knew how much she enjoyed their time together.

She will be missed by us all. May she rest in peace and reunite in heaven with all loved ones who passed before her.
