Daniel Trujillo, age 41 of San Antonio, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Daniel was born in Houston, Texas. As a child, Daniel was wild and happy. A rambunctious little boy who loved to explore, build forts with his sister, run around and cause havoc. After Houston, the family spent a few years in Rolla, Missouri for his father's job, then relocated once more to San Antonio, where he spent the majority of his adolescence.

He was smart, witty, loved to read, and loved to have long debates with friends and blurt out random facts he'd learned from all his books.

Daniel graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and attended The University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to serve 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned multiple medals for his service including The Navy and Marine Corps Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and The National Defense Service Medal. After completing his military service, he began his career as an escrow officer in real estate.

He was most proud of becoming a father and would sacrifice anything to be with his son.

He is survived by his son, Wyatt (9), his father Mariano, stepmother Alicia, mother Poonsiri and sister, Melissa, as well as numerous cousins and extended family members.
