Charles A. Davila 76, born March 16, 1937 in Luling, Texas went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Air Force and career as a Surveying Engineer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles R. Davila and Josephine M. Amador, sister Mary Lou Cedotal and brother in law Gordon Partlin. He is survived by his wife Conchita of 53 years; son, Charles R. Davila; daughter, Debbie McCurdy and husband Richard; grandson, Gilbert; granddaughter, Lynnette and great grandson Corbin; brother in law, Michael Cedotal; brothers, Paul Davila (Mary Louise), Bobby Lynn Davilla (Cynthia) and sisters, Catherine Partlin and Margaret Crutchfield (Charles); and various nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin on Monday March 10, 2014 at 6:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 9:15am with interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:45am. with military honors.
