Carolina Olvera, 56, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on December 8th, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on March 28th, 1968, in Eagle Pass, TX, Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend. Carol dedicated her life to her family and her passions; one of those passions being an extremely talented florist. She helped brighten the lives of many during milestone events, and Carol absolutely loved seeing those thrilled looks when clients would see the beautiful arrangements she created.

She was known for creating unique angel wing rose arrangements. She was also known for hosting fun neighborhood gatherings, her great sense of humor, and the love she expressed for her family and friends. Her cooking was out of this world. Carol was the voice of reason for most, and her wisdom and advice touched the lives of anyone who needed it. She is survived by her two sons and daughter; David Aguayo, Osiel Aguayo, Alexa Ibarra; her husband Carlos Ibarra, her two siblings; Cruz Varela and Skinny Varela, her mother Alicia Varela, and her grandchildren along with countless friends who love and will miss her dearly.

Carol will be remembered for her loving spirit, her undeniable wit and charm, her unwavering support, and the joy she brought to each and every person in her life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
