Candelaria "Candy" Carrillo

3 February 1944 – 30 May 2024

In loving memory, Candelaria has joined our Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Reynol "Ray" Carrillo, her children Richard, Michael and Deborah, along with her eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Born into the Capuchino family, Candy was the youngest and final member of her nine siblings. Her life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter and cherished moments shared with countless cousins, nephews and nieces.

Candy will be forever remembered for the joyous gatherings around her table, filled with an abundance of conversations, music, laughter and her famous lasagna. Her infectious laughter and unwavering love created an atmosphere of comfort and happiness for all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Candelaria's beautiful spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts.

Services will be held Friday, June 14th 2024, at Angelus Funeral Home, located on 1119 N St. Mary's, SA TX 78215 from 10AM-Noon. Followed by a Celebration of Life at St. Gregory's Hall from 1-5PM, located on 700 Dewhurst, SA TX 78213.
