Mrs. Bertha D. Medina age 89 of San Antonio passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Mrs. Medina was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos C. Medina. She is survived by her children: Sylvia Vasquez, Robert Medina, Irma Aguinaga, Joseph Anthony Medina, John Carlos Medina; sister, Victoria Maldonado; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 5:30 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Prayer Service to begin at 6:30 P.M. followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be offered Thursday at 8:30 A.M. at St. Ann's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
