On Thursday April 18, 2019 beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Belia Reyes Naranjo surrounded by her family returned home to the Lord at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers (Inez, Joe, Clemente), and daughter (Hope Cazares).

She will be forever remembered in the hearts of her surviving family: her daughters Mercedes LaBorde, Janie Naranjo, and Rosa Martinez, her grandchildren: Patricia (Joe) Perez, Bonnie (Robert) Martinez, Loretta (Ruben) Gonzales, Ruben (Sarah) LaBorde, Manuel (Patricia) Cazares, Jay (Roxanne) Perez, Chris Martinez, Toby Martinez, and Jeffrey Hutchinson, her great-grandchildren: Larisa, Anise, Elijah, Jake, Ruben, Johnathan, Eric, Jeremy, Jared, Damian, Arianna, Anisa, Nicholas, and Karli, her great-great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Noah, Kinsly, and one on the way.

Belia R. Naranjo was a person of faith, honor, respect, and had such a loving effect on all. Everyone called her grandma or granny even if you were just friends of the family. She taught us so much about what life meant and how to make the best of whatever hand you are dealt. She will be missed dearly by all but will always be remembered and honored because of who she was.
