Mrs. Antonia Rodriguez of San Antonio went to be with Our Lord on Thursday, April 17, 2014. She was born on August 14, 1917 in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P., Mexico and immigrated to the United States in 1945. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Jesus Rodriguez. Mrs. Rodriguez will be missed by her children, Maria Otilia Rosales (Joe), Dolores Castain (Curtis), Abelardo Rodriguez (Elsa), Susana Aceto (Joe), Fernando Rodriguez (Janie), and Lucia Raquel Rodriguez (Albert); 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank her caregiver of eight years, Lilia Quiroz, for the loving care she gave Mrs. Rodriguez. Visitation will begin on Monday, April 21, at 6:30 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, April 22, at 10:00 A.M. at The Church of the Holy Spirit, 8134 Blanco Road. Interment will follow in San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery No. 2.
