Mrs. Anna M. Brown peacefully passed away at her home in Fair Oaks Ranch on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and entered into the loving arms of our Lord.  She was 92 years old. Anna was born in Hebbronville, Texas where she lived with her parents and five siblings.

Anna married Charles W. Brown December 1953 in San Benito, Texas.  They opened Anderson Young Electric in Lubbock, Texas and raised their family of three children.  Anna was employed by Zales Jewelers and became a gemologist. She also volunteered at Methodist Hospital. After they retired they moved to San Antonio where she enjoyed gardening and her pets.  Her favorite artist were Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli. She was a devoted Catholic her entire life.

Anna was preceded in death by her father Felix Zuniga, mother Ana Leal Zuniga, her brother Lalo Zuniga, her husband Charles Brown, her sisters Celia Salazar and Ellie Rios.  Anna is survived by her sisters Ercie Cano and Evelyn Baxter, daughters Jo Ann Todd (Johnny) Carol Colwell (John), son Charles F. Brown.  Anna has six grandchildren, April Schoor (Chad), Stacee Lewis (Benjamin) Kristopher Johnson (Taryn), John Brown, Meagan Bratton (Travis), and Randi O' Bryant (Nick). She also has eleven great grandchildren, Katelin Kitchens, Kaegan Westbrook (Toban), Hector Torrez, Kasen Kitchens, Madelyn Lewis, Jordan Bratton, Rhett Johnson, Ellie Lewis, Austin Bratton, Bowman Johnson, and Peyton O'Bryant.
