Annie ("Ann") Louise (nee Lyssy) Mzyk, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went to be with God, Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in Heaven on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the age of 79.

Annie ("Ann") worked for 25 years for the Northeast Independent School District as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Community Education and was a Eucharist Minister at St. Pius X Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Steven T. Lyssy and Mary (nee Scheffler) Lyssy; siblings, Edward J. Lyssy and Gladys (nee Lyssy) Dzivk.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Leslie Alex Mzyk; children: Kevin James Mzyk and Stephanie Kay (nee Mzyk) Whipkey; sisters: Ida (nee Lyssy) Miller and Lorraine (nee Lyssy)  Janysek; brothers: Don Lyssy, James Lyssy and Steve Lyssy; grandsons: Bryan Whipkey and Jeremy Whipkey; great-grandchildren: Peighton Whipkey, Brayleigh Whipkey, Jeremy Whipkey Jr., Sofia Whipkey and Jake Whipkey.

MEMORIAL SERVICES

Services will be held for Annie ("Ann") at St. Pius X Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 10, 2021

with a Rosary to be recited at 1:00 P.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:30 P.M.

( No services will be held at the funeral home .)

Private graveside service will be held at Saint Ann's Catholic Cemetery in Kosciusko Tx at a later date.
