Mrs. Alicia "Lupe" Paz, of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the age of 90 years old. Born February 20, 1929 in Shepherd, Michigan, Alicia was a very caring, loving and giving person. She loved being around people as she was very charismatic and loved to chat with family and friends, especially about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing Bunco with her longtime friends and eating at her favorite restaurants IHOP and Sea Island. Alicia also loved the San Antonio Spurs and watching CNN all day!!

Alicia was preceded in death by her husband, Tito M. Paz, three brothers Raul Reyes, Camilo Gonzalez, Roy Gonzalez, and sisters Anita Berlanga, Grace Zavala and Blanche Sorola.  Alicia is survived by three daughters Irma Lopez (Joseph), Marty Thierath, Yolanda Lujan (Rey), grandchildren Joshua, Jarrad, Aaron, Matthew (Adrianna), Ryan Nicole, and three great-grandchildren Mykensey Lopez, Noah Lujan and Elianna Lujan. She is also survived by four younger siblings Stella Bogardus, Irma Clowers, Pete Gonzalez, Ruben Gonzalez and one sister-in-law, Dora Saldana.

The family would like to give special thanks to Donna and Adrian Georgescu for taking great care of our mother with such love and concern. Our family is eternally grateful to you and your family.
