Alice Gutierrez, age 95 passed away peacefully at her home on July 26th, with her loving family by her side. Mrs. Gutierrez was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Gutierrez and grandson Jose Luis Perez. She is survived by her children, Mary Virginia Gutierrez, Martha C. Ornelas (Margarito), Sylvia Gutierrez, Mary Helen Ornelas (Filemon), Pat G. Amaya (Paul), and Alice Tsandoula (Dimitri); 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Alice will always be remembered for living life to the fullest, which was shown by her fun loving personality, her generosity and her endless love for her family. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 29, at 4:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, July 30, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery #3.
