Alexander Norman's Obituary
Alexander Norman, born December 14, 1929 in San Antonio Texas, departed this life on Thursday, August 25, 2016.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Janice Norman, siblings Gilbert Norman, Cecelia Norman Perez, Rebecca Rosales, parents Maria D & Octaviano Rosales.
He is survived by his children Roy Norman, Karen Norman Bishop (Jim) and Marilyn Norman Rivas (Richard), grandchildren Jacob Rivas & Rebecca Norman and siblings Madeline Lester (Eamon), Ann Blickenstaff and Gloria Rosales, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank St. Francis Nursing Home and Hospice Care for their excellent care and compassion during Alex's stay at the facility.
A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 31 beginning at 9:15 am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 223 E. Summit Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that you donate to St. PJ's Children's Home, 919 Mission Road, San Antonio, TX 78210 or to a charity of your choice.
