Mrs. Agustina G. Sonnen age 98 of San Antonio died on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Mrs. Sonnen was a founding member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church. She met the needs of many of the less fortunate and was a seamstress to many in the religious community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Sonnen. She is survived by her children: David Sonnen Jr., Patrick "Buddy" Sonnen and wife Norma, James Sonnen and wife Rose; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin Friday at 9:30 A.M. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 A.M. and the Funeral Mass to be offered at 10:30 A.M. Entombment will follow at San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery No.2. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Sonnen's name to St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78230.
